WELCOME ONBOARD COMMERCIAL AIRLINE

If you are planning to go on a trip to overseas especially for the first timer this journal will help you have an idea of travelling with commercial airline. It will be more crucial for you if you need go on transit . Here is two type of travelling with commercial airline that you need to know

• ·         DIRECT FLIGHT
• ·         CONNECTING FLIGHT (TRANSIT)

We as a traveller would exquisitely like a smooth trip, arrive on time, and a flexible seat on air,no problems  luggage . Here I would like to share my travel to you.  I will expose to you some problems that I faced during travelling.

I was onboard for more than 6 month and it’s time to go home.  My signing off place is a small island in the Carribean which is Virgin Island ,USA. My home is Malaysia. As my hometown was thousand mile away from my signing off country ,I need to travel by air of course. On December 10 2014 I got my E-ticket from the company.  Me and another Engine Cadet will be signing off there

The E-ticket is as follow

Then the American Airline flight attendance try to figured out our problem to be solved. This is delayed flight is not just one problem that arise, there are some more. There are as follow

1.       According to their system, our E-ticket does not connect our flight to Air France. Our agent does not made a proper reservation for our flight. Due to this

technical problem we might need to check out our luggage in Miami first. Then we are required to check in back to air France system. The problem here is that our connecting flight is Air France and my first flight is American Airline. The American  flight attendance cannot figured out how to solve this problem.

2.       Then , she ask me my agent telephone no so that she can call back the agent to tell our problem. I was shocked I forgot to take the agent telephone no . maybe because I was too eager to go back home ,I forgot to take this agent no.

Lesson learnt here always have your travel document ready with the important personnel number is there.

But then we made our decision to try our luck to board the plane to MIAMI hoping that we can make it. The two hours of flight to Miami was not good. I haven’t ate since noon. On board I though we be served with food at least snacks. But this American system does not come with meal on board, we need to buy food and snack with credit card. So for two hours I aint ate anything

As soon as arrival to Miami ,we made ourself run to the next terminal, Air France. With no experience on the vast airport as my first time touch down Miami ,w e got lost for a while. But with the aid of the security guard and air attendance we made it to Air France Check In .

We are thankful to this flight attendance who gave us the solution regarding our luggage.  Emma, Florence, Jacqueline 30 years old with 5 years of experience have her own intelligency in handling problems like us. With her Experties in the system, she manage to transfer our luggage from The American to Air France with his intelligent hand. we thanks her as we don't have to check in luggage again until Kuala Lumpur

BONJOUR

We got Lucky . My next flight does not take off yet.  For some reason they delayed too!!!.2 hours delay. Fuhhhhh….relieved with that. Some more because of two hours delayed we got USD 40 dollar coupon for meal. Finally we got something to eat. We finish up our coupon 40 dollar buying sandwich and snack for our empty tummy that tiring evening journey.

FINALLY TOUCH DOWN KLIA.. 6 MONTH AND 23 DAYS OF LEAVING MALAYSIA,,,WE ARE BACK!!!!
